As a podcaster, you have one of the hardest jobs in content. You have to put out weekly content. And that content is long, meaning there’s gonna be alot of editing. Podcasts are also challenging to grow, because new viewers hesitate at clicking on a 45 min to 1 hour long video. And you have to do all the work of researching, filming, editing and promoting in 10 hours a week. Because most of you have a fulltime job, and your podcast is your second job.
But at least one of those problems, which is editing your podcast, is on the way to being solved. That is because of a host of new AI Podcast Editing solutions coming out.
As you might know. There’s a Adobe Premiere plugin called Autopod which is capable of automatically giving you a rough cut of your podcast. Slicing the editing time in roughly half.
But it’s been unclear whether people on Davinci and Final Cut Pro are gonna get access to this. And after talking to some Autopod users, it seems like there’s still a long second pass you have to do to fix issues. Meaning the problem’s not fully solved yet. So in the above video I talk about a new solution, that I’m working on. Which can help Davinci Resolve and Final Cut users. And in the long run help any podcaster more efficiently, put out a high quality product.
